It’s the UK. It doesn’t have the highly litigious culture the US has.

While I agree with you about a muzzle and public consent.. you must also consider where the video was taken...it's the UK honey, nobody is going to sue anybody else. It’s not as litigious in the UK..Not every place is like the USA my friend..researching helps 🤷♀️
