These are all my viewpoints too. I haven’t been able to do it though because I feel for me when I get to sleep paralysis which is also the vibrational stage for me, my body gets so scared. Like in my mind I’m like I’m fine but my body just rejects it.

Girl if you are in very spiritual places you can have other spirits pass through you ..its not as permanent or srs as possession you are more susceptible but spirits, esp if youre inviting to them.

Should I try to learn astral projection? I’ve been a reality shifter since 2019 and I’ve shifted a couple times. I was just wondering if it might be easier through the astral realm. I’ve known about astral projection for as long as I can remember but I’ve never really given it a try.

Something I've always wondered is what clothes you wear in the astral realm, is it like just the ones your physical body has on? Or can you like customize them? Cause like imagine you astral project at night and you're not wearing pj's, giving everyone in the astral realm a show ig😂

I used to go to a yoga class with my mum when I was 10/11 yrs and during the meditation at the end I was able to stand up and walk outside and then I woke up hahaha

I've managed to astral project once through a dream- although it was more of an accident but after that I tried again in a dream where I was lucid but I just wasn't able to "get out" of my body...I'd love some advice
