It’s about the meaning that you give to thoughts, that includes intrusive ones. For me, I used to have them like really badly. But I stopped attaching feelings n meaning to them. Also dont Identify as having intrusive thoughts. I assign them a meaning of them not being true, nor them being important. Neutrality to them.

I can pretty easily get to that vibrating state at will, but I’ve never actually done it. I always get overwhelmed and it feels like there’s a strong piercing feeling in my head that feels like it hurts that makes me want to stop

One time I lucid dreamed or whatever and I woke up in my bed my room was the color when we first moved in and it was so empty with boxes on my vanity thing and I said to myself omg I’m lucid dreaming and woke up right away lol

I’ve known about lucid dreaming n Astral Projection since I was a kid. I’ve gotten to a point of feeling myself vibrate upward, but I can never get out of my body. I’ve been trying to focus more on lucid dreaming do you have any tips? I’ve become lucid maybe twice and both times I immediately woke up. I think it must’ve been out of excitement?
