As a dancer, I love seeing adults start dancing or come back to it. Dance is for everyone—any race, any age. Going back as an adult can feel scary, but no one starts off perfect. It takes time, patience, and grace with yourself. There’s no such thing as a bad dancer to me. If you’re having fun, that’s what truly matters at the end of the day.
