Dude, I spread ashes all over a garden to fertilize it. I’ve seen people in my small town that take care of all the plants in the decorative parts of our neighborhoods in our town. They fertilize with Ash.

this is what happens when you encounter Mayberry police off the Andy Griffin show when they ain't got nothing to do and I've been through this exact very same thing all for ashing a cigarette because a cop couldn't get his way and got a citation for littering all for it to be dropped in court over ashes on a cigarette

there NO one who can justify the actions of these officers. cab you inagine... every smoker in this town and or county would be ticketed for... u ready... ASHES. this us what UR tax dollars are paying for. officers are not paid just to uphold the laws, they are also paid to use common sense and descretion.
