i would like to express my frustration towards Electrova brand. on 26 march 2025 i bought Electrova Smart iTech Clean Elite Collection AQUA PRO @ RM980 & today the vacuum already having an E8 error, so i wassap Electrova service center, respond turn taking was good however super duper frustrated when the answer to my issue was, given 2 option where i either send the product to the SC at Perindustrian Air Hitam Klang which is 1 hour and 15 mins from my place or i can arrange my own posting of the product which i have to borne all the shipping charge, to the sc and back to me. i mean weh i just used it over a year dah rosak. then apa benda brand korang dah jahanam, last time baru guna 3 months the water dispenser dah leaking and nasib they send me new one. that moment i already have doubt to your product and yes now even more strong i should’ve not bought electrova at first time. menyesal. cepat rosak and nk check and claim warranty since i have like 2 years more warranty, tapi i kena choose either those 2 options. i didn’t just purchase the vacuum andalso your air fryer last time together. cost me more than 1.2k tapi at the end i have to either travel to your sc or arrange posting to your SC. sumpah ridiculous erh. i want to express i would never ever wanna purchase Electrova anymore. fullstop.
