I feel the right kind of developer can convert this into a Lakowe kind of getaway destination in Lagos. The structures are far more advanced than can be appreciated by the average home renter. It’s sad none of Baba’s kids has/had the foresight to convert this into an income goldmine

This place has an Italian-style vibe, like something out of Europe. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever seen in Nigeria massive and well built. The buildings are still standing strong after many years. The pillars are solid, everything looks durable and well designed.
