Can somebody try this method I thought of: you’re in a library and all your dr’s are on one bookshelf and you pick up your dr and read it. Now there are two paths, both with having your dr self as an ‘oc’. The Awake method : you borrow the book and make an oc for it (your dr self) and then you fall asleep midway through (this is when you affirm that you are your oc or you can call it your sona and that you are in that dr/book) and then you wake up from the ‘nap’ in your dr.

THE STARSHEET SYSTEM :
Question, is it possible to accidentally shift? I don't know what a shift feels like so I'm not sure if this was a sudden, accidental first time or not. I remember once I sat on my bed with a blanket over part of me with my eyes closed, listening to a peaceful song I liked from the rain world soundtrack, and thought really hard about a specific iterator from the game in the location the song in question plays in. After a bit I'd opened my eyes, and it felt like I was the iterator I was thinking about, in that excact location, and I could easily see it clearly in my mind. I even interacted a bit with where it felt like I was, and in what I could thought-see (as I'm calling this until I get confirmation) another character from the same game walked nearby and looked at me at some point. Then after some time I was back to not seeing that place and just seeing my normal human self in my normal bedroom. ...And I started crying out of confusion as to what had just happened.

love your videos :> BTW im not for sure cause I've never shifted/lucid dreamed before so I could be wrong but I've heard people say you should never say or acknowledge that you've shifted/lucid dreamed because it can wake you up/make you lose awareness. Just a reminder, im not for sure because I've never done anything like this before im just stating what I've heard others say :>

I keep having this weird feeling that I shifted to an alternate reality where everything is the same except I have a window in my laundry room now cuz I swear for the years I’ve been living in my house I’ve never seen that window 😭 maybe it’s just been there and I never paid attention to it but anyways
