I think the easiest in my opinion is Colombian Spanish, from the capital, it’s ver neutral and very good for beginners… just saying!!!!

i would suggest mexican spanish! i'm colombian and mine is beautiful, but i think mexican is the most used globally and most "neutral". also most of the voice actors that dub most cartoons/movies/etc here in latam r mexican! so its a good starting point 💗
