Can u take Tesa if u have previously had a mole removed that was melanoma? No oncologist to ask bc the melanoma had not spread to lymph nodes so it was just surgical removed by dermatologist

I usually wait at least 90 minutes after dinner before taking Tesa . Mostly all protein diet with some green veggies or sweet potato for carbs . As far as I can tell, tesa is working out just fine .

What about MOTS-C? I can do fasted before cardio but I lift right after and need something in my stomach before lifting. Can I do protein shake after cardio before lifting? Thank you
