What the heck couches are yall buying from bobs?! We had one for 5 years and the only issue we had after the 5 years was creaking when sitting and getting up (which got annoying) but it looked nice and was very comfy all that time. Gave it away and got a couch from amazon BIG MISTAKE….

We have been in our house a little over 5 years and we are 3 couches in 😂 but our last two were through Amazon! We just used the warranty before it expired on the last one to get our newest one.

We had a love seat and within two weeks of having it the leaver to recline it broke and it was still under warranty and they came to fix it but ordered the wrong part and then never came back. Fast forward six years the other sofa started to smell like an electrical fire and then the sofa just stopped working

Big lots!!! even tho it's not the same as it used to be. I have Ikea in my living room and big lots in my family room. I keep the couch covers on 24/7 I rotate and wash them. I have several sets. bought on shein and temu.

Exact same issue we had with ours. The frame on the inside also broke in multiple places. We do have a large dog but she was not the cause of all the damage. Most happened from simple sitting on it. So poorly made.

We bought from Bob’s and got the warranty. Our coach broke within a few months. We thought thank goodness we did but customer service has been disastrous ever since then. We still haven’t got the replacement couch yet.

I had the same thing with a bobs couch. Turns out they recalled the model for poor fabric, sold hundreds of recalls in the pit "as is". We re-sewed it constantly it would just rip and tear when people sat down. So sorry you got had by Bobs too.
