We just used these for a trip and packed and unlocked multiple times. We bought two brands. Both held up, but the cordless gray one was the better vacuum!

I bought this and have had no issues. Everything has stayed sealed. You need to make sure the zip lock is completely closed. I have practiced with it making sure it stays sealed. Mine works !
