The one frame when you showed her stats, she scales with CritDMG and Resonance Liberation, you basically have no crit rate stats in echoes, making her do almost no critical hits, most optimal build should be around 70% crit rate and 250-260% critdmg, so when she gets her critrate buffed she crits everytime

Chisa isn't for her tune break team. It's amy + chisa + Lupa (see can be switched) for mono fusion. Amy + mornye + lanye for tune break. Tune break is her recommend team since she doesn't have designated sub dps for her fusion team. Better stats 265 crit DMG minimum 60 crite rate minimum since her set give some and so do her buffs from her supporters
