I used to have the maddest brain fog… and now when I think about it, my PCOS symptoms like the fatigue, insomnia and low self esteem bought on by weight gain, hairfall and hair growth were the main triggers for it😶‍🌫️🥲⁣ *also the ugg boots in my oven were a slight exaggeration*😂⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s been years now since I’ve been following my FWK program and managing my symptoms like a boss… and there are 3 main things that massively helped: ⁣⁣ 1️⃣ having better structure to my day, knowing when I’m working out, what I’m eating and when I need time to myself all planned out. I use our FWK meal plans, workout plans and habits to achieve this and the structure does me wonders 💗⁣⁣ 2️⃣ Actually waking up a little earlier in the morning to eat a nourishing breakfast, get in my omega 3 and inositol and get a little movement in… the endorphins and happy hormones released after this help set me up for the day⁣⁣ 3️⃣ increasing my self care… setting up time in the day to be off social media, log off work, and use some time before bed to read, meditate & do some tlc so I have a better quality of sleep and therefore a brighter less foggy day!😶‍🌫️ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We’ve now opened more spaces for February so if you’d like to be coached at FWK and start your journey to managing your PCOS, click the link in my bio! 💗⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #pcos #w#pcosh#womenshealtho#brainfoga#pcosbrainfogg#pcosfightera#pcosawarenessh#womenshealthmagupportingwomen #fyp #foryou
