Why would I scrape the ice off my car to drive to a city centre to pay £6 to park , to then walk through the rain to find a travel agent who has not been to half the countries I’ve already been to and I have to pay commission to when I can click my laptop on the sofa in my PJ’s

personally I book online for convenience, I emailed a branch/associate from hays 6 months ago requesting a quote.. hmm im still awaiting sedation quote 🤷♀️
