I like the outfit. I would call them and ask if business casual is ok with jeans or khakis? Also the shoes should be clean and somewhat new. Like nice clean new sneakers.

Overdress the first day then see/ask what other supervisors are wearing. Jeans aren't always allowed for business casual. Wear some khakis and a polo to be safe. No hat.

Our business casual was like khakis and a collared shirt. Jeans might not be acceptable, same goes for the hat. Some places are different tho. Shoes were either boots or sneakers. Nothing open toe. The jacket you have and shirt are 100% acceptable in my book.

You don’t need a jacket. Just either one of the shirts. Go with the short sleeves on day one and pay attention to what others wear.

Everything in this is what business casual is where I work, which is a factory. All of the salaried managers and MEs wear close to what you showed everyday

No hat. The quarter zip would work with a plain shirt with no collar.

Collared shirt should be about all you need if they are allowing jeans. Quarter zips are pretty safe most place

Your outfit is more casual. Business casual would be khakis and button down shirts

Find you some nice golf pants. Pass as "dress pants" or khakis but stretchy breathable and way more comfortable! Polos are perfect.

not bad! usually darker jeans are a safer choice at least until you see what others are wearing.

I wouldn’t do 2 collared shirts at the same time. Maybe a plain hat? Both shirts are on point just not together. Maybe black jeans as well to change it up now and then.

Perfect. Even with the hat you are all good. In the summer you're good with the polo and khaki shorts if they allow shorts.

The uniform for business casual is khakis and a solid/strip/plaid button-up shirt. Belt. No jeans, no t-shirts, no athletic shoes. You can wear a solid (no graphic) under the button-up shirt. The hat should go. The shirt you have on might work if it was a closer fit and tucked in.
