@leni.3431: I’m not sure where you’re at, but the snow has melted here. Getting out to get some fresh air and a brisk walk is always a good idea. It gets the blood flowing and the metabolism rising. I don’t know about you, but I always sleep better at night after I take a long walk out in nature. So find your peaceful place to take a walk and thank me later 😉 taking walks does so much for the soul, it allows you to think without distraction maybe we can solve the world’s problems? Now that I’m a little older GenX , I have a different perspective on things, and if I could tell my younger self something, it would be to cherish the small things. Take advantage of nature, feel the peace and calm when you can create good healthy habits that will serve you for a lifetime .
