so question so sens it was dismissed dose this mean they get there property back like the hole reason there in jail cuz if the judge says hes dismissing all charges so he would have to make them hole from the time they got taken to jail and so how ever much time in jail for and if they lost any jobs because just saying he's dismissing all charges cuz they went above what they can do they need to make it that the time in jail they had to spend their car to being towed because just saying he's dismissing it and letting him go even though he proved that they were illegally holding him against his will for a charge that wasn't a charge
