Listen most of the people in these comments are red hatters who either have never been or live like an hour or more outside the city and never go into it. Chicago is the absolute best. Summer is top tier, the food is unbeatable

Sorry you got all the weirdos in your comments. Chicago is a great city. I’ve lived in the burbs and the city and loved both experiences. The food scene is unbeatable, the culture, sports teams, beaches. There is something to do every weekend! Enjoy it, it’s what you make of it! Also, I lived in another state for 3 years and moved back as soon as I could!

Chicago is the best and Im not saying this because I live here. BUT I’ve been to Miami, NYC, and LA. When I compare them all to Chicago, Chicago always wins out. 🤷🏻♀️

I live in the suburbs. I’d recommend suburbs there’s so much to do and it’s nice, but Chicago imo is so dirty. You will find your way ❤️

I’m sorry for you.I saw avoid Chicago and move to Wisconsin or something but, if you need to I would suggest going to Billy goats tavern ,Harry carrys, the river walk is also really nice.Oh and be careful with whacker and lower whacker

Get a bike and ride around to all the neighborhoods!!!! Everyone is different and has a different vibe!!! Logan square, Roscoe, ravenwood, so may cool places ya just gotta get out and enjoy! If ya don’t have a bike rent a scooter!
