@jennyjeanfitness_ifbbpro: Save this if fat loss feels way harder than it should. I’m 42, work 60–70 hours a week, and these are the laziest things I do to stay lean. No extremes. No grinding harder. No living in the gym. 1. I treat workouts like non-negotiable meetings I lift 3–4x per week for at least 30 minutes. Something is always better than nothing. Mornings work best because no one can derail my day yet. I don’t cancel. I don’t reschedule. I show up. Period. 2. I eat the same 4–5 high-protein meals every week Decision fatigue will ruin consistency faster than anything. Repeating meals keeps my intake on point and keeps me full without thinking about it. Women 35–55 don’t need more variety, we need more consistency. 3. Protein + produce first, every single meal This naturally reduces overeating, stabilizes blood sugar, cuts cravings, and supports hormones. If you’re struggling with hunger or energy… start here. 4. High-protein snack before bed Yes, I eat before bed. Every night. Slow-digesting protein improves sleep, stabilizes blood sugar, reduces late-night cravings, and supports muscle repair. Women our age actually do better with this. 5. I walk through the workday Calls. Breaks. Pacing. It all counts. I aim for 12–15k steps to keep my NEAT high, stress lower, and my metabolism working with me instead of against me. 6. Hydrate before you snack I drink 12–16 oz of water before deciding I’m “hungry.” Most cravings aren’t hunger, they’re dehydration or stress. Give it 10 minutes and watch the urge disappear. Nothing fancy. Nothing extreme. Just simple, repeatable habits that keep me lean, strong, and sane … even with a packed schedule and hormones that aren’t 20 anymore. 🔥 Want the exact process my clients use to drop 5–10 lbs of body fat without starving or guessing? DM me “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send it to you 💙
