Lava cake is basically a perfectly half-baked cake. Set and rich on the outside, molten and dramatic in the center. It takes minutes from start to finish, no mixer, no special tools. Just a couple of ramekins. I didn’t even have any, panic-ordered these beauties overnight and now they double as cereal and ice cream bowls, so we love a multi-tasker. This recipe calls for just 6 ingredients, which means every single one actually matters. I used @Organic Valley eggs and their butter, because when the ingredient list is this short, quality is everything. It’s measured for two. One for you, one for your lover.
