Ingredients Sesame oil 1/2 a yellow onion Minced garlic Finely chopped mushrooms Shredded carrots Chopped water chestnuts Soy sauce Lean ground chicken Seasoned salt Teriyaki sauce of choice Lettuce 1. Heat seasame oil over medium heat then add onion, mushroom, garlic, carrots, and a splash of soy sauce. Cook for a minute or two then add chicken, season with seasoned salt. 2. Crumble chicken as it cooks and add in water chestnuts. Halfway through cooking pour in teriyaki sauce and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked through. 3.
