@crmnallyobsessed: It seems like the saga of a woman squatting in a $2.3 million home may finally be coming to a close. Tamieka Goode was found guilty of trespassing and burglary after neighbors claimed that she had been squatting in the Bethesda home for nearly a year. Tamieka Goode could be seen showing off the house on her social media, along with luxury cars she’s accused of stealing. Goode was sentenced to 90 days in jail, however she was released after posting a $5,000 appeal bond 11 days into her sentence. On February 10, neighbors say they witnessed Goode removing items from the home before police arrived to arrest her a second time. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Detention Processing Center. It’s unclear why she was arrested or what she was charged with.

I thought that’s a civil matter??? If she’s established residency doesn’t the bank have to follow the same process? She clearly as furniture and belongings there. It’s not a “burglary “. Not saying she’s in the right but, why is it the law doesn’t apply to all???
