Hey fellas yes the timing is very similar to system of a down, & the opening cord & timing is the same as Diary of Jane but that time & era of grunge/nu metal often repeated the same cord structures & timing across 20-30 different bands of that era. I would know this because I’ve played all of these songs for a decade as a guitarist it’s what makes that early 2000s sound 🤦‍♂️also not to note that nothing is ever original, inspiration is always taken from other pieces of music to created something in their own light that is the literal beauty creating music is to inspire.
