I would not call them losers. There is a skill to coping and self awareness sadly without a guide some people fall and take longer to get up but oh what a winner is someone who falls and falls and falls and still achieves the courage to stand up again. Oh what a courage that takes to not know yet to keep pursuing! 💛

What do you do if you're aware that you're in destruction but, don't know how to make it stop. Don't answer if you're not a Dr.,therapist, priest, or preacher. I'm exhausted. Supposedly no one is coming and this is it. I know how to he grateful for the little things. The weight of life is discouraging.
