Men are four times more likely to take their own lives than women, yet many continue to suffer in silence rather than reach out for help. (SA Federation for Mental Health) Research also points to the wider impact of poor men’s mental health. Find men who will know you, encourage you and stand with you. And be that brother to them. That’s not weakness. That’s strength.
