I had full dental implants awake.By choice.It was brutal.Excelent surgeon.But my bone broke a titanium screw off.He had never seen it in 35 years He had my doctor do a bone scan.We found my bones are thicker and stronger than normal.I am 58.The implants are beautiful.It was worth it.
