Why does nobody get that yes we finished 17th last year cos Ange didn’t care ab the league we’re a top 8 club when you look at the best stating 11 Archie isn’t a starter also but the board need to inject money in would help

Henry clearly hasn’t watched us because tactically Frank has been a disaster. Yes the board are the number one issue, that doesn’t mean Frank isn’t also glaringly the wrong choice

José Mourinho, Nuno Espírito Santo, Antonio Conte, Ange and Thomas Frank are all good to great coaches and none of them have been able to bring Spurs where they think they should be. 🤔

2023/24 - 41 games 2024/25 - 59 games - the squad was never built up to a level like city.liverpool and arsenal to contest premiership and euro football. It’s takes a club years to build a squad to not drop their standards (2 players for every position). The expectations placed on Frank and Ange were ridiculous to meet.

I’m sorry but we were going 4-5 games in a town without having a shot on target in first halves of games?? 3 shots in the whole game against Chelsea? Not a shot on goal till the 60th minute in the NLD?? That is a coaching issue. Always reacting to the opposition rather than focusing on our players own strengths. Was always the wrong fit.

Based on squad I think spurs would be around 8th / 9th but the board is a massive issue, I understand tactically Frank got it wrong, but he had so many injuries to deal with too. Lots of work to be done because the players aren’t at the level currently.

Frank will do a great job at his next club. His tactics suit more for a counter attacking team, just not a team who clubs let have the ball. He also would’ve done a little better if the board and medical team didn’t let him down.
