My daughter gave me a large full snake plant and last year we have a freeze in Florida so I watered it and took it inside for the freeze and it rotted . I shouldn't have watered it first . anyhow it died . So I was sad and bout a small one with 2 leaves in March . now the first one is regrowing and the one I bought has so many leaves I've had to repot it .

This fact is incorrect :
You gotta put the leaf in water first so it grows roots and then you put it in a pot :)

I actually really love the process of growing from clippings most of my plants are props. I just find it so satisfying

My snake plant didn’t root in water, most went mushy, the last leaf I had I put in my pro box with moss & it rooted soooo fast

The cuttings in water work . They sprout roots in about 3 weeks and a new leaf in 6 weeks I have so make lil plants like this
