55+ is considered senior? I'm 56. I thought I was considered middle age. I could be wrong. I just never heard that before. And yes, I use the pill organizer for each day of the week; AM, Noon, Eve and Bed.

I'm 65, I still put my socks on standing, I can still see to go to the bathroom on the dark. I can still pick things up from the floor without help.😁 I do appreciate the tips.🥰
