I absolutely love solo dining. if you know what to look for, in my opinion, is one of the best experiences one can have. Just one to one with food , a moment to share with yourself and to think about life in a different perspective.

Solo dining is one of my favourite things to do! 🥰 I just wish more places had kitchen counter experiences that you could reserve for just one person 😅

I went to a 1-star restaurant all on my own, just so i could experience the whole thing without any interruption and focus fully on the food and experience. And i can still recall the tastes and remember it vividly…almost 2 years ago now and i still taste the food 🥰. Yes it was awkward, because i they put me at a whole 5 person table but idc… i was there for the food and experience and tbh…it made me look like i was V.I.P. 😅….

This isn’t advice. Title should be “how to accept getting screwed as a solo diner at Michelin restaurants.” Because they act like we are a burden.
