I’m always looking for ways to make a basic movement HARDER without just throwing more weight on it. Goblet squats are already solid but add a resistance band and now we’re talking. More tension and control your quads and glutes will be working overtime. One thing I’ve learned over the years you don’t always need heavier weight to make progress. Sometimes you need to change the resistance, slow the movement down, and make every rep COUNT. I’m not training just to move weight I’m training to stay strong, athletic and functional.
