@leahhopehealth: Here’s the real scoop on the food at @Skyterra Wellness 👇🏻 Breakfast? Made to order. 🙌🏼 There’s a menu, weekly specials, and you can mix and match to build exactly what you want. I’m usually an eggs-in-some-form girl with a carb on the side (because balance 💁🏻‍♀️). Lunch kicks off with the soup of the day (such a simple addition that brings me joy 🥰) and then you choose between: 🥗 The salad of the day 🍲 Or a main entree — often a grain bowl loaded with veggies and protein. I rarely ever choose the salad but I hear they’re amazing. 🙈 Dinner starts with a fresh house salad and then you’ve got two options again — typically different proteins like chicken, fish, or pork — paired with a grain or carb (potatoes!!) and veggies. And these are not boring “meat and veggies” plates. The sauces, flavors and little touches make everything feel chef-crafted (because they are) and satisfying! 😋 Dessert happens two nights a week and you get to choose between two options. It definitely makes dessert feel intentional and special! You can also customize based on your dietary needs and preferences. Your protein portions are actually based on your BMR from your InBody scan so you know you’re being served what’s best for your body! There’s also a snack area with nuts, raisins, veggies, yogurt, fruit, cheese (and sometimes dark chocolate chips)… and a make-your-own latte station at any time. Yes, at any time. 🤗☕ Honestly, I love being somewhere I don’t have to think about what I’m eating. It’s nourishing, delicious, and already handled for me. My brain gets to rest, my body gets what it needs and I just get to focus on my health! It’s such a gift. 💜
