I can't lie, I see what he is on about, the amount of people I know who went to university, come out with a bunch of debt, and where do they end up working? not in the field they studied, they end up in the same jobs as everyone else in my town, retails, offices, hospitality, except they're 3-4 years behind everyone else in terms of savings, getting a house, career progression, it's very rare (in my experience) that people actually go on to find a successful career in the job they went to uni for

I agree to an extent. the issue is people are graduating owing tens, if not hundreds of thousands in loans for jobs that make 60k to 80k a yr.

Not taking the college path is only for go getters. People who are willing to work their ass off to make good money. At the end of the day if you go to college or skip college you have to he’s hard worker. And many people don’t want to put the work in and they make dumb mistakes. Like this guy
