The reason it feels harder with a lower heart rate is because your heart pumps more blood, that’s why the PVC feels stronger. In higher heart rates, the PVC is feels less dangerous because the heart doesn’t fill up completely.

I have the same issue. Heart pounds so hard it moves my body. Sometimes I feel it in my eyes. I can feel the pounding even in my head, fingers, palms of my hands....I feel my pulse anywhere in my body, even my throat sometimes. I have done ECGs, Holter ECGs, Echos, Chest Xrays, Stress Tests, Thyroid, Cholestrol, Troponin even because I also had HA symptoms and also used to feel my heart racing. Nothing seems to explain the cause. My cardio referred me to a GI specialist. Apparently, gut issues can also cause that. I have done an endoscopy and biopsy and waiting now for results which will be back next week. Maybe try checking your thyroid, gut, mineral levels too especially iron because those too can cause that.

After coming across your video and reading all the comments, it has made me feel so much better knowing that I’m not the only one going through this . I get my HP worst whilst I’m trying to rest. It is weird and annoying because as soon as I start doing some type of heavy labor or exercise, I don’t feel them only when I sit down and try to relax.

I’ll have heart palpitations out of no where. Could just be sitting not doing anything and it starts. It’s really annoying. I’ll take deep breaths. Cough. Or lay down and just try to relax even more than what I already was before it started. It’s annoying and scary at the same time!

Antihistamines / Gut issues I had my gallbladder removed in 2020, so since I've always had gut issues. but suddenly since Oct-25 I've been having most days having 5-10k palpitations a day. had a 24hr monitor which recorded me on a day having about 6hrs worth with palps every 5 seconds. anyway, last summer I was prescribed antihistamine fexofenadine 180mg to treat my extreme allergy face fairy ups. I don't know if I was progressing stopping these tablets - for the sudden onset of my heart palpitations or not?

I have MVP and my heart does this too. Palpitations with beating so hard it shakes me, also really fast heart rate and aggressive palpitation to correct itself. 🫠

I used to think that it was in my head and that I wasn’t actually seeing my whole body thumping, but then someone told me my whole body was thumping to the sound of my heart and that’s when I realized it wasn’t just my head/eyes…

yeah I try to move around so I dont feel it when it happens. I hate when it feels like it is pounding so hard but also hate when I have issues with svt and have a string of what I call off beats.

I have the same. It does this when resting and when I stand up (I have pots as well) my heart rate skyrockets. Can’t take beta blockers bc my blood pressure is too low.
