I’ve just lost 5 stone, and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done, but I don’t feel as confident now as I did back then, I think it’s because I can’t wrap my head around the fact that I can go anywhere and pick up a large and it doesn’t have xx or xxx next to it, it’s totally mad! Well done to you 💪🏻👏🏻
