Early proning, and pt positioning is underutilized imo. Even q4 changing pts laying positioning side to side can and is beneficial, ie: rotating bed. Lower volumes, increasing I times, along with increased peep helps keep lower PIPs. Inverse ratios via APRV is underutilized as well. Good video Doc! # criticalcareRT
