1. find a skill that feels like play to you and work to everyone else. for me, that’s anything creative!! this year i’ve been diving into product design after a semester in startup growth/marketing. i also post my work online, and clients come to me instead of me chasinggg 2. i invest so my money works for me: VOO (top 500 US companies), IAU (gold), and GOOGL (google) you can start small. i use charles schwab!! 3. i spend time around people who make more than me. sometimes the comparison stings a lil LOL, but it also pushes me // you become who you surround yourself withhh 4. side hustles i like: ugc (creating for brands without posting on your page), digital products (like a fitness guide), coaching 5. negotiate higher than you think you deserve. i once asked for nearly $30k for a campaign because i genuinely didn’t care if they said no. they said yes LOLOL 6. networking hack: ask people where they live → “did you move here for work?” → talk about work → talk about how you want to add value 😛 7. talk to yourself like you’re your own best friend!!! i fail all the time. instead of “i’m not good enough,” it’s “i’m learning and growing” (work in progress, i am too self deprecating:’) 8. focus: turned off imessage on my laptop + 45-min pomodoros + opal (actually locks me out). i’m so adhd it’s insane heheh and this helped a lot 9. personal branding: post in the niches you want to work in. P.S. finance/tech have way bigger budgets than beauty/clothing 🌝🌝 and idc ideas are cheap; steal formats/scripts from high-performing videos online and adapt them to your own life. copy the link, transcribe any video with @koino (waitlist mode still) & make it yours! 99% of the time when u “copy” its never the same bc everyone lives a diff life, just dont steal word for word 😭 IB: @Mia McGrath ❤️❤️ - @eileenxyang
