This is strictly switching, good for practice but does not apply in modern topologies without proper routing. Imagine if everybody try to access the internet (outside the network) all at once that single router would fail.

Not designed properly , 1 edge router. 2 L3 core switches , 2 L3 distribution switches and whatever amount of access switches (L2) you want to add per need. Run ospf between the core and distribution layer. perhaps a default route from the edge router out to the ISP or ebgp peering.
