My mom really enjoyed the video, as have some of her fellow LSG co-workers. She worked there from 1969 until the mid 2000s. The wedding venue was only a cafeteria for a few years, after the company was sold to TXU. Before then the cafeteria was in the basement and the wedding venue was the area people could pay their gas bill. It was also a showroom for gas appliances.

The parking and guest parking is deplorable. I recall at one time 1/2 of the units were housing as well.

Checkout magnolia station me and my husband lived there. Used to be a petroleum factory. They’ve added additions but the original lofts are still there

I just went and looked this place up, for what the lobby and building look like, they have not put enough effort into their public spaces or apartments, the apartments very lacking on the inside
