@crustmeibake: 🍞 My Simple Sourdough Recipe 🍞 Ingredients: ✨ 500g strong white bread flour ✨ 324g water ✨ 100g active sourdough starter ✨ 10g salt Method: 🥣 Mix all ingredients together until well combined. 💪 Stretch and fold every 30 minutes (4 times). ⏳ Let it rise until about 60% increase in volume. 🔄 Pre-shape and rest for 15–20 minutes. 👐 Final shape and place in the banneton. 🌙 Put in the fridge overnight. 🔥 Pre-heat the oven and Dutch oven for 30 minutes. ✂️ Score the dough before baking. 🍞 Bake at 200°C: ⏱️ 25 minutes with the lid on ⏱️ 25 minutes with the lid off Cool, slice and enjoy 🤍🥖 📌 Hydration note: This dough is 68% hydration.
