More regulation will always lead to more “black market” type operations, and more regulation here will only push those venues deeper and into the hands of people who really dgaf about and even want minors present. The best case scenario is Utah just lightens up and gives us common sense regulations and then there are more legal venues for people to frequent and get real drinks… and fewer people keeping black market operations in business.

It all started back in kindergarten. The one rowdy kid who didn’t think they needed to play by the rules (check ID). We all had to put our heads down on our desks and miss recess.
