In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Add flour and salt. Mix and knead for about 3 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1½ hours, or until doubled in size. 2. Divide the dough into 7 pieces. Shape into balls. Place them on a floured surface, cover, and rest 10 minutes. 3. Preheat your oven with a tray inside at maximum temperature for at least 30 minutes. 4. Roll each ball on a lightly floured surface. They should be thin, but not too thin (like shown in the video). 5. Slide onto the hot tray and close the oven quickly. As soon as they start puffing, turn on broil and turn off the bottom heat so they cook evenly. Bake about 3 minutes only. Do not leave longer or they will turn hard. 6. Ingredientes:

1 colher de sopa de açúcar
Modo de preparo:
Em uma tigela, misture o leite morno, o açúcar e o fermento.
Adicione a farinha e o sal. Misture e sove por cerca de 3 minutos até ficar uma massa lisa.
Cubra e deixe crescer por 1 hora e meia, ou até dobrar de tamanho.
Divida a massa em 7 partes. Modele em bolinhas.
Coloque em uma superfície enfarinhada, cubra e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.
Preaqueça o forno com uma assadeira dentro na temperatura máxima por pelo menos 30 minutos.
Abra cada bolinha em uma superfície levemente enfarinhada.
Elas devem ficar finas, mas não finas demais (como mostrado no vídeo).

I made them tonight and they turned out amazing 🥰 beautifully puffy. I did make sure to let the yeast activate and bubble up nicely and I did make sure that the oven was preheated to max as instructed and didn’t let the buns in there too long so they were super puffy and soft.
