@tao.method: Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the chance to chat with so many of you in comments and DMs. One of the most consistent things I’ve heard is that you want more depth. Not just quick tips, but more structure, more accountability, and a clearer way to actually integrate these principles into your daily life. So I created a space for exactly that! If you’re new here and want to get a sense of how we approach this work, I recommend starting with the free 14-Day Tao Method Reset linked in our Notion. It’s a simple introduction to the foundations: warm foods and drinks, nervous system awareness, slowing down how you eat, and paying attention to how your body responds. It’s meant to be accessible and realistic. Inside the subscription, the resets are more structured and comprehensive. Each month will have a clear theme, printable calendars and habit trackers, aligned recipes, and deeper educational breakdowns. We’ll also host weekly live Q&As/office hours, and there will be a space for community and accountability so you’re not doing this alone. My goal isn’t to give you more information for the sake of it.
