@xconstantgardenerx: Replying to @jeff109 The Chinese government’s treatment of Jack Ma is great, actually. This is exactly what governments should be doing with billionaires. Seizing and reallocating his assets, making him do self-criticism, and requiring that he focus on education and philanthropic endeavors upon his return to public life is actually a very reasonable response. Billionaires should not exist.
Jack Ma tried to replicate Sub prime mortgage crisis in China. that's why he is suppressed

Jack Ma wanted to control the Chinese financial system by introducing his own platform. That’s obviously a big no no.

Jack Ma didn't lose any assets, he just wasn't able to make as much as he wanted. He was humbled and kept a low profile while galavanting around the world in luxury! The MSM media was the one that made all that cr@p up about him being "disappeared".

Chinese people seen him traveling to New Zealand low profile last year. So I would say he’s fine and still rich but have less a say in public affairs

jack ma is still living a good life. Chinese gov just humbled him and so should be for the rest of the billionaires all around the world. in America, they worshipped billionaires and they can control your government and take advantage of ordinary citizens.

Jack Ma was trying to dabble into the finance world. Basically he wanted to be like those Western capitalists, making people in debt, and then using the debt to control people and to generate more money for him. Then the Chinese government stepped in. He was trying to bankrupt millions of families. I don’t feel sorry for him.

What treatment? Jack Ma is still one of the richest man in China. He just failed in his attempt to list his finance company in an outrageous many grab. The Chinese government saw to that.
Ant group was a Wall Street like speculative asset scam. $40 billion dollars valuation

If I may interject... It's not that billionaires or even multi hundred billionaires shouldn't exist. It's that they shouldn't be getting richer while the rest are getting poorer. that points to a systemic issue. It's like saying that you're company is doing well because average salary trippled but in actuality, workers are being paid the same and execs are the only ones getting a salary bump.
