How does the soil feel? It kind of looks like it’s dehydrated but it also looks like it was overwatered. I think you should repot it and get a good look at the roots and see if there’s any rot. This happened to my huge pothos and the center of the root ball was super rotted, you might just have to clean them up and get it some fresh soil. I also see it’s in a bottom feeder pot, they like to get a good soak sometimes. Just put the whole pot in a bath of water and submerge it and then let it drain real good. They’re like weeds in tropical climates so it will bounce back :)
