I work at a med spa and of course if someone wants to tip me I am very grateful but I much rather them be happy with the service and come back then get a tip

This!! I used to work at ME & I made $21 for a 1 hour customized facial if my client didn’t tip. Now I have my own space and I couldn’t care less if a client doesn’t leave a tip. It’s just a bonus when they do
