It took me like 4 times of rewatching and then zooming In to see what was going on… did not see the blurred out square at first.

That is NOT what happened. guy got hit by a car. This officer was responding, did not see the victim because there was no one lighting the victim or even guarding him, or had even moved him and he also ran over the victim. literally no one walked in front of the cruiser.

There is a person in the middle of the road, they had to blur it because of obvious reasons

Inaccurate, the individual who was run over by the officer was hit which is why the officer is responding in the first place. She was pronounced dead at the hospital
