I understand that we may never be together, yet I will wait for you as long as time dares to test me! if I must wait for a flower to bloom in slow devotion for the moon the sliver my darkened house more nights then I can count ,for the stars to rearrange themselves into the shape of your name. then I will wait, I will sit at the foot of the tree where we first met! where shy glances turned into confessions , where silence grew heavy with meaning and we both understand that something tender had taken roots between us. the same tree beneath which I finally surrounded my fear and let my heart speak it's reckless truth! that I loved you not quietly not cautiously but entirely. and if season pass and leaves all and grow again I will remind patient with the earth, because love like mine dose not rush the sun does not command the tide it waits. so if destiny ever grows merciful, if your hearts ever wonders back to the sacred place you will find me there steady as the roots beneath us faithful as the sky above. still loving you still believe that something are worth of lifetime of waiting.
