Has anyone else has terrible customer service with Bambu? We contacted them after having the combo for TWO WEEKS! They sent us video after video and nothing solved the problems we are having. We asked about a replacement over and over. They finally answered and now “we are over our 30 day exchange”. Well no crap. You sent us over 20 videos to try to “solve” the problem and it never did. They procrastinated and now there’s nothing else they can do. What a waste of money…
